知几记账 Terms of Use
These terms apply to the 知几记账 iOS app provided by Guangzhou Huanfang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading or using the app you agree to comply with these terms and applicable law; if you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Free features
Free users can use basic manual bookkeeping, view and edit historical records, and other core features. The current free tier allows at most 10 automatic commits per device per calendar month; you may additionally create up to 3 manual rules, use 1 ledger, and enable 1 recurring task. Once the automatic-commit allowance is used up, pending transactions are retained and require your confirmation; they are not discarded because you have not purchased Pro.
2. 知几 Pro
知几 Pro unlocks the on-device bookkeeping management features listed in the app, including continuing automatic commits beyond the free allowance, more manual automatic rules, multiple ledgers, creating category budgets, and enabling multiple recurring tasks. Upgrading does not guarantee that recognition results are always accurate; please check transaction content when needed. Basic manual bookkeeping, and viewing and editing existing history, do not stop because you have not subscribed.
Third-party AI capabilities are optional features and are not part of the Pro entitlement. Using AI requires you to configure a provider API key and may incur fees charged by that third party; the fees, allowances and data-handling practices are determined by that provider.
3. Products, prices and payment
知几 Pro may be offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, and as a one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase. Whether a product is offered in your App Store storefront, the actual price, currency and applicable taxes are determined by the StoreKit product information in the app and by Apple’s purchase confirmation screen; neither the company website nor these terms publish a fixed price, and neither replaces Apple’s purchase confirmation.
4. Auto-renewal and cancellation
After you confirm the purchase of a monthly or annual subscription, the fee is charged to the associated account through Apple’s payment flow and the subscription renews automatically for the selected period. Apple displays the price and subscription period on the purchase confirmation screen; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you do not want the subscription to renew, turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account’s subscription management at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After renewal is turned off, subscription entitlements usually continue until the end of the paid period; the exact status is shown by your Apple account.
A one-time purchase does not renew monthly or annually. You can use “Restore Purchases” in the app to request restoration of valid historical transactions under the current Apple account. Viewing subscriptions, cancelling, billing and refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store; eligibility for and the outcome of refunds are determined by Apple’s process and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself refund amounts already paid.
5. Data and accounts
知几 does not require you to create a 知几 account, and records are stored on your device by default. When you actively enable iCloud sync or use third-party AI, the related information is handled by Apple or by the provider you selected under their respective terms. Changes in subscription or purchase status may affect your ability to add and use Pro features. A lapsed subscription does not delete your existing records, rules, budgets or recurring tasks; existing items can still be viewed, edited, run and exported. The free allowance only limits the corresponding creation or automatic-commit operations.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you enter, the security of your device, and the safekeeping of third-party API keys. You must not use the app for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the app. AI, OCR and automatic rules provide assistance in organizing information; they do not constitute financial, tax or investment advice and do not replace your own checking of statements and transaction vouchers.
7. Service changes and consumer rights
We may change features and these terms because of version updates, service adjustments, or requirements of applicable law. Where purchase prices, renewal, or material service changes are involved, they will be handled in accordance with App Store rules and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights consumers have under applicable law.
